The system was designed and researched by Joe Barry, an individual that had suffered with debilitating panic and anxiety for many years. Medications and the common other techniques did little, so he decided that he would research the causes and techniques in the hopes that he could not only cure himself, but maybe help others in the process. What Barry uncovered was that there was much to be learned from advanced Psychology. Through this educational process, he developed the basis of his product, which is known as the One Move Technique. This technique is one that allows anxiety sufferers to be armed with the ability to ward off attacks, through the better understanding of the way behavior and the brain interact. Remember anxiety is something that comes from within, however the understanding of behavior and the brain’s make up allow for the cessation of attacks. Mr. Barry does readily identify that even learning this system, nothing is an instant fix or cure all, as it takes times and the continued efforts. This might be uncomfortable, because no one wants to suffer through any more panic attacks. The 3 Stages!

The product is based on 3 stages, trust, acceptance and persistence. Each of these stages is broken down into life experiences, stories and the learning of techniques to effectively rid one’s self of fears such as driving, flying and even public speaking. Both the physical and mental exercises allow the individual to build focus, calm themselves and therefore reducing general anxiety. Barry truly did his homework and built professional techniques and knowledge into the product, such as the Thought Field Therapy, also known as TFT. This not only helps individuals cope with their anxiety and fears, but also teaches them to live through life experiences on a daily basis. This is the persistence stage, where information and techniques are learned about handling setbacks as well as sealing long term recovery.
